Problem

Consumer recovery apps reduce physiology to a generic score. They lack signal quality controls, ignore personal baseline context, and give no access to the raw session data needed for serious self-experimentation. If you want to know whether your body actually recovered overnight, you’re stuck trusting a black box.

What Shipped

It connects to Polar H10 and Verity Sense chest straps via Bluetooth, records heart rate variability during sleep, and produces a recovery assessment using DFA α1, ln(RMSSD), and time-domain metrics scored against a 60-day rolling personal baseline.

The app uses a dual-architecture recording system — one path for overnight sessions, one for on-demand spot checks. Sleep staging runs a six-component analysis. PDF reports are generated on-device. Every line of Swift was directed by AI and validated through unit testing and hands-on QA.
